Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent with the following information:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location on our website.
- A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement by you that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Real Estate Learners may be found) and that you will accept service from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
